Hello. I’m looking to sublease a room in my living quarters. It is a 8x12 bedroom with great closet space. Completely unfurnished. I’m asking for $750.00 monthly ($750.00 security). That will cover your stay & utilities. I am located in the downtown Trenton Nj area. Feet away from multiple restaurants, Capital buildings, schools, & Edison college. Easy access to the highway. There will be a shared kitchen & bathroom. Which will need to be clean at all times. Company is ok unless it becomes a problem. I am a 32 year old African American male. Very easy going & stay to myself. The living quarter is 420 friendly & very clean. No pets. In order to be approved you MUST submit valid ID before I can schedule you to come see the property & be ready to pay on move in date. Must be fully employed. No work from home jobs.
