Amelia Vance's room

I just moved into a cute home in City Heights that the owners just remodeled. There is a large fenced-in backyard with off-street parking. There is good internet and laundry onsite. The room you would be renting (11ftx10ft) is unfurnished and has direct access to the back deck.

You would be living with me and my rescue dog. I am a high school math teacher. My school has been very lucky and has been open this whole school year with outdoor classrooms, masks, and social distancing. My dog, Toby, is very sweet and at times energetic. He does sometimes have a challenging time meeting new dogs, though, so if you have a dog we would need to make sure they could get along.
