West Elmdale Avenue

I have a one bedroom. It’s big enough to fit a queen size bed. There are tons of storage space in the apartment. Washer and dryer is free located in the basement. There’s heat but no air conditioner, however they can be installed. There’s a ton of breeze that goes through so all you need is a fan. There’s a dining room that can also be converted into another living room.

This is located on the third floor. There’s no elevator.

It’s walking distance to the red line, express bus, the lake, Whole Foods and other grocery store, Walgreens, the LA Fitness, bank, etc. The neighborhood is very quite and there are street parking. This building is vintage so it has a vintage look and touch to it.

I am a single mom and have an 8 year old daughter who is very well behaved. I work full time and a full time student.

We are looking for someone that is non-smoker, no pets because my daughter is allergic to cats and dogs.
