Easy access to I-80 between Davis and Vacaville. 20 mins to Travis, 15 to Davis, 25 to Sacramento.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY! No Pets, No Children or Couples. No Smoking, No drugs, No ‘Drama’, No Deception, No criminal record.

Must be able to pay the rent the last day of the month without fail. Proof of income required. Prefer someone who will be out of the house for work and/or going to school during the day. No couch potatoes, no hoarders. Being helpful around the house like taking out the garbage is a plus!
