The house is in the quiet and safe Ivey Ranch neighborhood, just south of the 76, about 15 minutes from Carlsbad. The house is 1900sq ft, with garage space, ample street parking, laundry, and central AC/ heating. All common spaces are available to you for use, including kitchenware and appliances. There’s a pool across the street.

The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan with a walk-in closet. The room rental comes with a private bathroom.

The room is $1175/mo with 1/2 utilities and $45 for internet. Water is included.

I also have a 2nd smaller bedroom for rent if you’re interested in an additional $750/mo office space.

I’m a 39-year-old female in the veterinary profession. I am quiet and keep to myself mostly. I enjoy paddleboarding, swimming, and hiking, especially with Eissa, my rescue pup.

I like to bake and cook. I have indoor cats and a dog. They’re friendly and well behaved. I keep a fairly clean house.

I work odd hours, so I appreciate a quiet roommate. I’m looking for only one roommate for reduced foot traffic throughout the house. This house is my home and sanctuary, and my hope is anyone who would like to share this space feels the same. I am receptive to any feedback to make the space enjoyable for the both of us.
