Our home is located in Huntington Beach (HB) CA and only 2.8 miles from the ocean, sand and surf. Near to grocery stores, retailers and many restaurants. You will have your own unfurnished room (10x10) with closet and shared bathroom (could also furnish the room - just let me know your preference). The room will be ready for you to bring whatever floats your boat in this beach town community. We have two large refrigerators in the kitchen, so plenty of room for whatever you want to cook. This is a very quit neighborhood with a large community swimming pool, two billiards/pool tables, ping pong and his and hers sauna(s) rooms.

The sea air is invigorating and is a wonderful reminder that the beach awaits you. Come live the best beach life ever as we are near to so much entertainment. Not a lot of money? then join me in becoming a beach bum as the waves and sand aren’t yet charging for this amazing daily experience! 5 min drive to the beach or cruise over in 20 min on our bikes. Guests are always welcome but not overnight. Please no abusing drugs or alcohol - stay safe ❤️

I like to cook (trying to meal prep on Sunday) and working on finding more time to do daily walks.

I work in IT and keep to myself but if you need an ear, I am always there to listen and if you want my advice, that might cost ya. Just kidding :)
