Hi there, I am renting one private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 2b2b apartment. The available date is NOW - 04/12/2022.

PROS: The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Restaurants and convenience stores are around. The location is perfect for commuting, it’s near Crystal City Metro Station. The room is unfurnished and clean (we just did a full set of move-out cleaning). You don’t need to share a room or share a bathroom. The floor plan is perfect for privacy, roommates won’t disturb each other. The rent is $1000 a month including utilities. The price is very nice and competitive for one bedroom and a private bathroom in this area (usually it’s 1100+ not include utilities). The rent includes utilities and we provide high-speed internet. The security deposit is one month’s rent.

CONS: Parking is $100 a month. You would need to add my name to your car insurance to get the parking access card. After you get the card, you can remove my name. If it doesn’t work for you, hope you can find an ideal place. If you don’t need parking, that’s perfect. The laundry room is on each floor, $2.5 per wash/dry.

What we are looking for: I am looking for an ideal roommate who is a professional, quiet, clean, organized person. We prefer someone no-cook/easy cook and has a regular stable on-site job. No couples, no pets. Background check required.

About us: There is a young professional couple living in the other room of the apartment who are also quiet and clean people. We respect our roommates and do not disturb each other.
