Room available for February 1, 2020 Room is located in Springbrook township about 12 minutes outside Scranton.
Room #1 - Rent $500 Security $500 Dogs are negotiable.
Everything is included with price of room. This includes all utilities(including WiFi). Rent prices are subject to change. Please contact me with further questions or to make an appointment.
House is furnished with basic living room/dining room/bedroom furniture. Living room: couch, chairs, and a smart TV Dining room: Table and chairs Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave Laundry: Washer and Dryer located in basement Bedroom: Bed Frame, mattress, desk, dresser can be provided if wanted.
The room is located in a house with the owner. It would be renting one room with a shared living area. Owner has a small dog. Owner is also female, so female only please.
