Welcome home! We have a very large upstairs 400 sq ft bedroom for rent in a big beautiful 3,046 sq ft centrally located Roseville house. You will be sharing the remodeled upstairs bathroom with 2 other females. The bathroom has double vanities and the 2 other roommates share one vanity, so you will have the other one to yourself (there’s also a wetbar in the bedroom as well!). Our home has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house features a spacious family, living, and dining room with freshly painted interior throughout, freshly painted fireplace, and stainless steel appliances as well as a recently renovated kitchen and laundry room. You will have access to the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. The house is a corner lot so there is plenty of parking and you won’t ever have to worry about “finding a spot” (I know we’ve all been there, looking at you apartment complexes). We have a large backyard with a new fence with stamped concrete as well as a large front yard. 🏡

The house is located one block from a large park (Keseberg Park) and is only 2 miles away from downtown Roseville and 18 miles from downtown Sacramento. We are less than 4 miles from the Galleria and the Fountains, and walking distance from grocery shopping! 🛒🍉🍏🥑

The rent includes all utilities, wifi, cleaning supplies, paper products (aka toilet paper and paper towels), and twice monthly maid service (they will be cleaning all common spaces/bathrooms but you will still be, of course, expected to keep spaces clean in between visits). The lease term is for 6 months. Shorter lease terms may be available at an additional cost.

We will require a security deposit equal to the monthly rent, background checks, and credit check. We are looking for someone to move in at the beginning of May, so please reach out!

• Background check is mandatory and will require you to have a clean criminal background as well as no prior evictions (NO exceptions)
• Credit Score of 600+
• Monthly gross income must be 3x rent
• 1 months rent due as security deposit

My husband and myself purchased this house in November 2020! It still feels brand new to us and we’re excited to meet new people. I am originally from Oregon and we love hiking, board games, snowboarding, sports, going to the gym, and our dogs Cooper and Charlie. 🥾🎲🏂🏀🐶 Cooper is a small beagle and Charlie is a small Frenchie and are both the friendliest pups you’ve ever met. They will instantly be your new best friends and will want lots of snuggles (if you’re willing to give them up). If you are allergic to dogs (or don’t like dogs for some reason) then this would not be a good fit. We are a very relaxed couple, but are looking for people who will treat the home and others with respect, cleanliness, and compassion. I am a professional real estate agent and my husband is a vacation rental manager. We enjoy having friends over during the weekends for game nights and you will always be welcome to join us! The ideal roommate will be someone who is clean and respectful, enjoys meeting new people, and is accepting and welcoming to others.
