About the room

Private room and private bathroom in a 3BR, 2.5 bathroom condo in Ontario near the Mills. The room and bathroom are on their own side of the hallway, away from the other 2 rooms, so you’ll have privacy. The room and bathroom are unfurnished— you can decorate them as you please. Monthly utilities are included in the price of rent. There is an attached garage parking spot available and a washer/dryer inside the unit. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and living rooms as well. Security cameras monitor the front door and garage 24/7. The $700 rent price is for a single person. If you are a couple, the price would be $1000/month. You’ll need to be able to verify that your monthly income is at least twice the amount of rent. You will rent on a month-to-month basis. No drugs or smoking allowed inside the unit, and no dogs or cats allowed inside the unit.
