The house is a 4 bedroom/ 2.5 bathrooms. nice backyard. all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Spare room available. With shared bathroom. Can be furnished. Month to Month lease. large common area, Garage Gym. Washer and dryer available. Preferably no animals. Rent/ utilities are due on the 1st of every month. Can provide previous tenant’s reference.
