About the room
We are looking to fill 1 room in a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom house. Our house is located in Melbourne close to FIT, EFS, Patric Air Force Base, and US1.
The rooms are approximately 11x10 foot and have a window, closet, and ceiling fan. The rooms are carpeted. We have a brand new washing and drying machine in the house for you to do laundry. The house also has a fenced in back yard for privacy. We have two refrigerators and plenty of street parking right next to the house.
Rent includes all utilities (Internet, water, sewage, trash, electric). Feel free to message me with any questions!
About the roomies
There are currently 4 of us living here (2M, 2F) and we are looking preferably for another female from the ages of 18-32.
We love to play video games and have the fastest internet available in Brevard County (1Gbs). We also like to play sports and lift weights.
