Hello! I’m renting 1 Single Room with Shared Bathroom. Good place to relax after a long day of work. May use kitchen. Wi-Fi included. Free Street Parking. Safe Neighborhood. Looking for a roommate that is clean, professional, respectful and drama-free.

The place: Single family house with three bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Shared kitchen, bathroom and front patio.

Who lives here: my mom, my other roommate, her daughter, and I. We’re friendly but we each keep to ourselves since most of us work, and two of us are full time students. It’s an all girl house so you can count on one thing: a clean bathroom and kitchen. I do ask everyone renting here to clean the bathroom and take out kitchen trash once a week to help each other out. We also keep each other safe from COVID by disinfecting surfaces, wearing and disposing of masks in the dumpster (not indoor trash bins). Location: The house is located near the 10, 210, and 215 freeways. SBVCC is only a few blocks away, CSUSB and UCR are about 20 minutes away in car. There’s a few shopping centers close by and the SB outdoor swap meet sets up on the next block every Friday through Sunday. Public transportation is so-so, therefore, most people take Uber or Lyft. We live on a relatively quiet street.
