1 bed/1 bath available in 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Weehawken, NJ. The rent does include garage parking. Should you not need that then the rent would drop by $ per month.
There is a dishwasher as well as washer/dryer in the unit. The building is secure, has an elevator, secured package room, small gym, and a nice courtyard with a patio.
The option to have the bedroom come furnished is possible for a one time flat fee.
Security deposit is 1 month’s rent. Move in date can be discussed for as early as March 1st.
We can accommodate a Facetime Walk Through or an In person walk through, whichever you are more comfortable with.
