About the room
Room for Rent! 1-bedroom available in this 6 bedroom home located near Sloan’s Lake and right off 6th Avenue providing easy access to the mountains. Great public transportation options: walking distance from the Sheridan & 10th light rail station, multiple bike paths, and a 10-minute drive from Downtown Denver. Alamo Drafthouse, King Soopers, Target, and much more are just a short drive or bike ride away.
- What is included? A community of like-minded individuals, laundry room with washer/dryer, furnished living room and other common areas, kitchen and dining area, home gym in the garage, large backyard space with firepit and garden, and ample storage space. Brand new hardwood floors in the bedroom and walk-in closet.
Each bedroom is leased out separately by the room. You will be required to fill out an application, including a background check and credit history report. A security deposit of $900 and first-month rent will be required prior to move-in. Utilities are split evenly among the tenants each month. Monthly common area cleaning services included in rent.
