We’re currently looking for mature Roommates, Seniors, Couples and SinglesARE WELCOME We are also seeking to rent a room to mature clean pet owners (Animals may not exceed 20lbs) *SMALL DOGS ONLY! Rooms are beautifully furnished along with smart TVs. Shared or private bathrooms available. Home includes free internet, free washer and dryer. Home is conveniently located near shopping and fine dining. On MARTA bus and rail lines. Home is 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 7 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Must be 26 years old and up, must be able to provide verifiable income. Room with shared bath rents for * $200 weekly for single $250 weekly for couple; With pet rents for $300. Room with private bath rent for $250 weekly for single $300 weekly for couple; with pet $350 weekly. Room deposit equal to the amount of weekly rent. Also requires a nonrefundable pet deposit of $50. Room deposits are refundable.
