I know, 4 people (including you) seems like a lot but we rarely see one another. If you are looking for a clean/quiet place to lay your head read on… If im not sleeping, (6am-2pm) or working, (3pm-2:30am) I am on the couch playing video games or reading. The house is a 4b and I rent the 3 other rooms. The primary is occupied by 48m working day shift. #2 is occupied by retired 67m Bedroom #3 is available with a shared bath for $600/month. Bedroom #4 is occupied by myself. This house is a great place to save money/pay down debt. All my previous tenants have been very grateful to have stayed here. I will work very hard to make sure you are too. I have had people ask so i want to add, this house is an alcohol friendly environment, and a ZERO tolerance for drugs of any kind. This is not an Airbnb, buy your own toiletries, laundry soap, food etc. I would think that was all understood but I guess not. This house was recently adopted by a cat. There is not a litter box in the house he scratches at the door when he needs out. He is super chill, sleeps 18 hours a day. I will provide photos via text if requested.
