Our house is located in a very quite neighborhood close to the crossroads of Linglestown Rd and 322. The house has plenty of street parking with a nice yard out front and outback with plenty of trees. The room is located at the end of a hallway and has a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and two closets. Room includes a nice sized bathroom with a large shower. There is an additional room that can be rented across from bedroom if you desire a private living room, additional $400 a month. There is a large shared living room and a large kitchen. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement. Utilities including Internet provided.

We are a family of four and our bedrooms are located on the second floor. We also have a chinook dog that lives on the main floor, a cat that lives on the second floor. Both my wife and I work in international relief and development and we both work from home. We have a large kitchen and enjoy having people over. We have one or two other rooms available on the first floor that share a bathroom we rent out from time to time at $500a month.
