The interior of the house was completely remodeled about 6 years ago. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all in great condition. Safe and quiet area with neighborhood watch. Very close to Cal State Dominguez Hills and Dignity Health Sports Park. Also, a reasonable commute to CSULB. Grocery stores nearby (4 min drive). Neighboring city to Long Beach and Torrance, great city to live in to be conveniently close to those two cities. Common areas include living room, dining room, yard and kitchen. Also close to two major hospitals if you are in the healthcare profession.
Everybody in the house seems to keep to themselves as they spend majority of their times in their rooms. All of the roommates are friendly and easy to get along with. All of roommates are respectful to each other.
