5 bedroom house looking to rent the two bedrooms we have upstairs that has a shared bathroom. Rent will be due on the first of every month. Home built in Dec/2020, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the 395 and 15 fwy. All utilities are included in our listing price, i.e; electricity, water, gas, & internet. Smoking is permitted only outside, not in bedroom or house. Parking is available right outside the house on the street.

I have 3 small dogs, We all reside downstairs so they will be separate from your area. The dogs are friendly and very skid-dish to new faces but will warm up to you very quickly. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with one roommate.
