Hello! Room available in my cute cottage style home just a few blocks from the beach/pier in Oceanside, It is a 2 bed one bath house with a gated yard, laundry on site. I have two friendly dogs. Minimal extra bills. I can be flexible, reach out and come check the place out:) available 09/01/21

I am 21 female, I work as an EMT full time so am gone quite a bit working long hours, I also work as a bartender on the weekends. ON my days off I’m working out, surfing, at the beach or on a hike with my dogs or sleeping. I am 100% sober, so that would be a plus in a roomate, but if you drink that is completely ok. I Don’t care your gender, would love to live with someone That I can get along with. overall an easy going person. I’m very respectful, quiet, and clean, but Always up for a good time.
