Private home on quiet street in good neighborhood. Close to 95, shopping, Indian river, and restaurants. First, last required to move in.

Room is 12x15 and $700 per month, wall to wall carpet, large closet, natural light, central ac, ceiling fan. There is a private fenced in yard with patio and grill. Price includes internet and all utilities. No couples, no smoking, no pets, no drugs, no parties with the exception of an occasional outdoor gathering or bbq. Dishwasher, and gym equipment available for use. Anything else, just ask! :)

Generally quiet home with clean, respectful, working adults. Please be clean, hygienic, respectful, and responsible.
