Three bedroom home, one bathroom. There is a kitchen and living room space, no formal eating area though. New washer and drier in home. Hardwood floors through bedrooms halls and living room. Kitchen is laminate, bathroom vinyl…. Pictures are from the listing when I bought the house. The “spare” room has a futon in it which can be moved if the interested party has a bed.

I just bought this house a year ago and I had two roommates originally. Now it’s just me and Marley. Marley is a blue and gold macaw. She can be loud and she will coat you on feathers. Those with asthma or allergies to birds may want to avoid this one!
