This room gets the best sun exposure with 3 large windows. There is plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and dresser (or other items, these are just examples to show the space availability). Our house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this room shares one of the bathrooms with two other housemates. We just repainted that bathroom, so it is looking extra nice. We have two refrigerators for the four total roommates, so you should have ample fridge space. We also have a washer and dryer. This house is in the bottoms and in an extremely safe area. We have a nice backyard area and a BBQ. There is a good amount of storage space available and we have some small garden spaces if you have any interest in gardening. There is no smoking on the property, but we are not against it if you do, so feel free to pop outside onto the sidewalk if you would like to smoke. If you have a pet, you will need to provide a $300 pet deposit, with a $15 subtraction per month. We would like someone comfortable with a 6-month lease as well. We do have our own friend circle (~6 people) that we interact with outside of COVID restrictions, so if you are very strict on interacting with people outside of the household, this might not be the best place for you.

Our house is made up of three natural resources students or recent graduates; one of us has a small dog. We can have another small dog, however this dog cannot have that behavior of barking at everything that passes by, otherwise our neighbors would start to hate us. You are welcome to have an animal that is housed some form of a cage. We are working professional females that are interested in a roommate that is responsible, tidy, and pet friendly.
