Nice room, completely furnished in one of 4 apartments which have their common areas connected to each other and to a beautiful Ballroom where they used to have live entertainment and dancing when it was the Palm Beach Club and open to the public.
I am Fred the owner and I live here and love this this place, One of the roomies who I call Budda calls it “a little piece of Paradise”. Budda stays here when the weather is nice and goes to warm places on the other side of the world when it gets cold. Philip the manager is a devout Christian who likes to laugh a lot and helps make it a fun place to live. The rest of the roomies are just very nice and easy to talk to and get along with.
