I have a room in the finished downstairs (ground level) of a two level house in Fairfax. Close to Vienna Metro and GMU. There is a bus stop close by that goes to Vienna Metro and GMU. The room is 13x13 and has ample closet space and two windows. You will have a private bathroom with a shower. There is a rec room for your use. I stay mostly upstairs. We will share the kitchen and laundry. There is no cooking or eating in the room but you can cook in the kitchen. You can park in the driveway. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by. This is a non smoking house and no vaping, no drugs. We can talk about pets. Utilities and internet are included. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Right now furnished with bed, dresser, desk, big mirror, night stand.

The current roommates are normal, clean and respect boundaries. The expectation is that you keep things clean as well.
