One room for a couple available in a four bedroom apartment. Downstairs is a kitchen, large living room, full bathroom and small fenced patio area. Upstairs is the bedrooms (9x10) and an additional full bath. Water included in rent and other utilities (including internet) are split evenly, around $40 month. On-site coin operated laundry & on site parking.

3 young professionals aged 20 to 27. We are a quiet and laidback household. Our rental agreement requires 5 tenants so this room is available only to a couple. The total rent for both tenants is $420, with utilities paid individually. $250 deposit covers both tenants. 420 and respectful guest friendly. Sadly no pets unless they are service animals!
