Izabella's room

Available November 1st The house is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with ample street parking and a park about a 5 minute walk away. There is a large kitchen with plenty of open space available for your kitchen items if you’d like to bring any. The living room and dining area are fully furnished along with a bar. There is currently one available room (private) with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is a double vanity, so each person has their own sink and storage cabinets. The room is not furnished, but comes with a dimmable light, fan, and blackout cellular blinds. There is a good sized closet in the room and an additional closet located in the bathroom. The house has a private back yard, garage with storage space, plenty of street parking, AC/heater, full size washer/dryer, and a pull out sectional couch for overnight guests.

You would be living with two full time students who are quiet, respectful of others and neat. We mostly keep to our studies, but enjoy cooking, some socializing (before Covid), hiking, skiing/snowboarding, and camping. There are two kitties that live in the house, but they stay in the owners room when she isn’t home.
