Brian & Grace's room

We are looking for a short/long term roommate in our home. We are a very active family, that works hard and loves to travel. We live in a very desirable, upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood. Our home is within walking distance to shopping/food carts and public transportation in the Happy Valley neighborhood.

Our modern 3000 sf three level home comes with a gourmet kitchen, laundry room, large movie theater, hot tub, Great room with beautiful views of Happy Valley and much much more…

Your room comes furnished with a new very comfortable Queen size adjustable hybrid bed. The other furniture in the room includes. A portable desk w chair large dresser/mirror, (2)nightstands And a 32 inch flat screen tv with YouTube TV and Netflex. $800 per month…

As an added bonus we provide all: Utlilties…. Including Hi Speed Internet(1000 Megabytes) Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. laundry detergent & softeners, dishwasher detergent and hand soaps. Cleaning of the common areas are also done by Grace and I. We just ask that you keep the kitchen/bathroom clean after you’re done using them… The home stays very clean and organized.

There is no smoking/420/vaping/drugs of any kind allowed in or on the property.

We have a 8 year old non barking mini french Bulldog named Josie who Loves everyone. If you’re a dog lover, you will fall in love with Josie instantly. Josie is out of the home at work with me each week, she likes to sleep about 20 hours per day.

We try to live with a small footprint and hope to find another roommate who does the same. We value kind and honest communication, and we do our best to create a safe, comfortable and happy home! We have always been very good to work with and very understanding (just ask the current tenants). We work FT and running a part time business so a bit on the go. We like the finer things in life; Travel, Quality food, music, arts and good conversation.

Looking for like-minded folks that have been adulting for a while. Respect and integrity should be high on your list as they are on ours. Please be employed and drug and drama free. We would love to have another awesome, respectful female roommate to join our home!
