Monthly rental. This is a real house, not a crummy apt. Very unique place looking for unique people. Great spot for artists, readers, stoonts, tinkerers, crafters, gardener types. Room for rent in a rustic, artistic, friendly and clean house. Shared bathroom. Large yard, lots of plants, trees, decks and brick walkways. 420 friendly. Not a party house and we dislike drama. We are very resource conscious, real conservation is important here. We have internet wireless and a wood heater. This pad is near the train station, easy walk/bike/bus to Poly and downtown. More dogs/cats OK, but no aggressive breeds. We have two small adorable dogs. This is a friendly place and cannot cope with difficult types of any species. Shared house in this artistic throwback to the ā60s. Looking for quality, tidy (like you make your bed, keep your room organized, help with household chores etc), positive, drama free and cooperative people to round out this pad!
