Private room within our house on the first floor with private bathroom, walk in closet and small refrigerator. Includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer), local phone calls, FIOS wifi & accessible kitchen & laundry, plus all evening meals when we eat at home. We only subscribe to basic cable on one television in the house. On street parking. We have one child still at home. You must like dogs because we have one dog and we do occasional dog sitting.
