You will have your own private parking spot in the driveway.
The home is located on 2 acres in the community of Fairwood. There are lakes, lots of greenery, and trails. There is also a putting green in the community along with tennis courts and an outdoor pool.
The shared common areas include a large kitchen with black stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, living room, mailbox area, and washer & dryer.
The home is located close to the Goddard Space Center, the University of Maryland College Park, Bowie State University, the Bowie Town Center, and local shopping (nearby Starbucks, Safeway, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Walmart).
For the privacy of everyone, and the lack of additional parking, guests and overnight visitors aren’t allowed and we kindly ask that you go to the people you want to visit. This has worked well for everyone as it means everyone in the space are just the tenants and no one else is coming in and out.
To keep the common floor areas clear, the only storage is what can fit inside the room
