We are a nice bunch of 20-something individuals seeking a roommate who is peaceful, clean, not super uptight, responsible and kind. We appreciate and respect each other’s privacy, but are not opposed to roommate get togethers, like grabbing a drink. The apartment is located in the Excelsior and is close to many muni lines and Balboa Bart station. The unit is above a salon, so you don’t have to worry about tip toeing to avoid disturbing neighbors. The neighborhood is diverse and you can pretty much find any type of food you want. There is a Safeway nearby and plenty other cool shops, too. The room, which was originally a living room has a lovely bay window and fireplace (though it can’t be used). It is a completely private room! The apartment has hardwood floors and carpeted stairs. This apartment has character and the space can really be made your own!
