Background check and/or proof of steady income of a year minimum, security deposit ($200) and lease agreement; all three required. The background check is offered on Roomies, at a super low price (might be under $15), if you want to use their system that works and is faster. Venmo, cashapp or cash payments only.
Intimate 8 x 11 bedroom available for single occupancy. Room is not furnished (but can be furnished upon request). Located five minutes from Park Circle and bathroom shared with one other tenant and visitors. Fenced in yard and screened in patio area. Currently house has one cat, so no additional pets accepted.
All ages and genders welcome. Minutes from disc golf course, breweries and cafes, as well as, I-26.
