East 168th Street

*I just moved in, so the room is not finished yet (my bed and kitchen table are on the way). Sorry for the messy room picture, room will be finished and moving crates will be gone before you move in, haha! *

Renting out one large, sunny bedroom in a converted two bedroom apartment for $600 a month. The rent includes utilities and wifi. I will be out of town from the end of September to the end of November. There is one male roomate who is pretty quiet, kind, and almost never home. If you are a male, the room was decorated for a female, but I can make it as masculine as possible, if you wish haha. The room has a full size bed (no overnight guests please), some storage space, a small tv with local channels/hdmi cable,a record player (if you promise to be careful with it ;) ), and books. We are a really sweet and loving Christian household. The kitchen is not huge, but it we have a full sized fridge, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, Nutribullet Rx, mixer, small kitchen table, and pots and pants (use anything you want). We also are pretty serious about recycling :). There is no living room (hence the “converted”). However, my room was intended to be a living room. The bed is a daybed, so it doubles as a comfy couch if you have company! Please let me know if you have any questions. 😊
