The space is a recently renovated bonus room on the 2nd floor of a single family home. The room is separated with a folding room divider which gives you a sleeping area and living room space. It is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, sofa, TV, end tables, computer desk and chair. There is also a closet and a few shelves for extra storage. The room has two new ceiling fans and central heat and a/c. There is a full private bathroom just down the hall. There are two other vacant furnished rooms on that floor. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful, community in Meridian. There are walking trails and a few parks. It’s super close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and just about everything you would need. There is a large shared kitchen, a patio with a table and grill, fenced-in back yard, laundry room and a place to park your car.

It’s a safe, clean place with respectful, busy, physically active people. No one here smokes. Weed or anything else illegal is a deal breaker. There are times when social drinking happens but it’s rare and done responsibly by legal adults. It’s a zero drama environment. We are looking for a roomie who works full time, outside of the home, with semi-regular hours and no pets. Both roomies work during the week and sometimes on the weekend.
