Private Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Dresser, Desk/chair and closet. Central HVAC, and utilities are included with the price of rent. Washer/Dryer are on-site with full Kitchen privileges. There is a BBQ and large back yard to relax and enjoy as well. PS: Due to the close proximity to CSUN, interest from undergraduate and Grad students has increased this month to secure living accommodations for the upcoming summer/fall semesters and beyond. Two rooms available (Larger Room - $1200, Smaller Room - $1000), both have queen beds.

I have been renting out my two spare rooms for years to college students, student athletes, grad students and professionals. I am very easy going, open minded, friendly, funny, love to laugh and enjoy watching sports, sitcoms, movies (all kinds). The environments great, organized and clean. Looking for a friendly, respectful and easy going person that is drama free. I have a very busy life with family and friends but can always find time to grab a bite to eat with my roommate(s) a couple of times a month. Current roommate is a great guy and just graduated.
