Room for rent on the first floor of a quiet, clean, owner-occupied home that has been newly renovated. Located in a safe residential neighborhood. Fully furnished home/bedroom with on-site laundry, off-street parking, and wifi. Bedroom with queen-sized bed (mattress encased in dust mite/bed bug proof covers), night stands, lamps, and dresser (not pictured). Utilities included. Non-smoking/non-vaping (of any kind) and no pets. Month-to-month rent at $800/month with 1 month stay minimum; security deposit required. References will be required.

Very progressive-minded and environmentally friendly. Medical professionals currently residing in home- one stays a few times yearly and one stays 3 nights/week. Observing all pandemic precautions (masking, social distancing) and those in home have already started receiving COVID vaccination set. All occupants of home expected to clean up after themselves and contribute to keeping shared spaces clean/tidy. Mutual respect expected.

Ideal for medical students, medical residents, medical fellows, or locum tenens physicians. Located 0.8 miles from St. Mary’s Hospital and 1.6 miles from Central Maine Medical Center. Montello school area neighborhood.
