Looking for a third roommate to join us in our updated condo unit near Lakeview/Uptown/Wrigley. Spacious room and bathroom available with updated appliances, minutes from Lake Michigan & Wrigley field and in unit Washer/Dryer. Good size closet as well. Unit is on a fairly quiet street with lots of restaurant & store options in close proximity. Utilities split 3 ways.

Looking for someone who is DOG FRIENDLY, neat and shares similar interests (though not a requirement).
