Rent your own sunny room in a quiet, safe Cary house. Currently our team consists of 1 female human, 1 male human and 2 puppies. Pay monthly at first and see if you’d like to extend. Move-out is free with 1-month notice.

Refundable Deposit: $500/ Background Check fee: $50/ Credit Score required

An unfurnished room with built-in closet. Offer you also a twin mattress, a nightstand, lamp, desk, chair etc.

Located near Crossroads Shopping Center, easy access to I-40/I-440, Raleigh, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Garner and Fuquay-Varina. 15-min drive to NCSU Vet school.

You will be sharing the 2nd floor with (1) professional. Home owner and puppies live downstairs. Your room has view of the street and front yard.

Ideally a mature soul who is clean, respectful of quiet times during night, and OK with dogs. Our puppy #1 is a 40lbs Flat Doodle. Puppy #2 is a 13lbs Golden Doodle.

No smoking / No drugs / No weeds/Sorry, basically no pets

Hi! We are a team of professionals and doodles. We think it is important to have respect to other’s space, privacy and quiet times. We don’t use any intoxicating substance, don’t drink so much.

I keep the house clean and don’t leave dishes in the sink. Loving the new singing Samsung washer & dryer set. Usually I’m quiet but open to a good talk anytime. I’m often found doing home renovation projects, tennis, yard works and board games.
