Currently 2 adults live here. Utilities are between $100-160. Depends on the month and usage of all roommates. Utilities are split evenly. Utilities are Garbage/recycling, electric, gas, internet, water/sewer.

Looking for a full-time working professional to fill the spot. Please no drama, passive-aggressive, drugs, attitude, high conflict personality, immaturity etc.

Don’t care if you smoke cigarettes or marijuana, but both must be done outside.

Must pass a background and credit check, paid by the applicant.
