We have Apple TV that has plenty of subscriptions to channels. Tall windows with TONS of sunlight in every room with views of the East River. Our apartment is a very organized and peaceful environment. We love to keep it very clean and smelling good.

We have a renovated kitchen that has a large dishwasher, full refrigerator, gas stove/oven, wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, a large window with views of the East River. We have a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, 2 toaster ovens, as well as several pots, pans, utensils, cups for all types of cooking! The kitchen is completely stocked with white porcelain mugs, mason jars, martini and wine glasses, white porcelain plates, and bowls in multiple sizes!

The renovated bathroom features a pedestal sink, toilet, mirror with interior storage, white tile bathtub/shower with a window shelf inside.

Beautiful, park-like setting with tons of grassy areas and trees. The entire StuyTown property is 80 acres and has over 110 buildings. It’s mostly young students and families living here.

We live right by the East River, and the park is a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city streets.

About Us: Both of us just graduated from Parsons School of Design in May 2017. We are always being creative. Both of us are very clean and respectful of each others space and alone time. We love to play good music and cook yummy food. We are huge animal lovers that frequently pet sit small dogs.

Caroline is from Tennessee and is a photographer and videographer. She loves the outdoors, music, and being around animals. Olivia is from New Orleans and is a fashion designer. She recently won the CFDA designer of the year award!

Transportation: There is a train station 3 blocks from our apartment on 1st Avenue and East 14th Street, which is a 5-10 minute walk from our place. The train runs from the East side to the West side, or into Brookyln.

There is the M14D or M14A bus that stops right outside of our apartment on the corner of East 14th and Avenue C. The bus makes stops at every avenue going towards the West side.

There is also a Citi Bike location right outside of our apartment.

StuyTown Amenities: There is a new outdoor fitness playground for residents and their guests. There are plenty of recreational sports courts around the property, and the recreation department lends free equipment for all courts and games!

There is the StuyTown Oval Study that has comfortable reading and work areas, free WiFi, a private study room, and hundreds of books, magazines, and newspapers.

There is the Stuytown Cafe that is convenient for snacks or a delicious meal! It is even a nice place to get some work done with the outdoor seating.
