The first floor has a beautiful half bath, open and spacious dining and living room, washer/dryer, and kitchen with dishwasher, nice fridge, and stove, and air fryer. There is also a backyard and patio to use. It is located right next to Trenton Farmer’s Market and Halo Farm. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby within 15 minutes drive (Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Home Depot, Whole Foods Market, plenty of malls). No smoking and no pets allowed. This is a female-only household. Cleanliness and communication are important in the household. There is a rotating weekly cleaning schedule for all the residents in the household.
The private room is very bright and has a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom is in the hall and is shared with one other female roommate only. The room is not furnished, but the common areas like the dining room and living room are as displayed in the pictures.
Candidate will have to pass reference and background checks (~$40) prior to signing the rental lease and roommate agreement. Preferably make at least 3x the rental income and have good references. Candidate will also first have a phone screen with the landlord, then meet the roommates either at the house tour or via telephone.
They are female professionals in their 40s and 60s. They are respectful and clean.
