House features: Full kitchen with large pantry for storage, washer and dryer, Barbecue. Nicely furnished living room. Close enough to freeway to be convenient, but far from the noise. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Utilities included: internet, electricity, water, sewer, trash, heater.
