Looking for young professional that want to enjoy living in a big and beautiful house in a great neighborhood, newly renovated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer, big TV, furnished common area, front yard and big backyard to relax or bbq. you have full access to kitchen and yes you can have guess over. This is where we treat each other like roommates. No long contract but all our roommates been living there for while. its a really a Gen, nice place, nice area, respectful roommates, good vibe. Looking for single occupants male or female, whom is full time students or working professional. Someone who is responsible, very respectful, and clean. There are 3 other roommates living here. They are all young professionals, mature, very respectful and drama free.

No pets, no drugs, no smoking in the house, no weekday or late night partying. No contract, month to month. some of the utilities are included, Full access to common areas, laundry, kitchen, big size backyard. Plenty of street parking available without permits.
