The room is comfortable, cozy, extremely CLEAN and located in an established quiet neighborhood. You can call this place home… This is a private room/private bath (with a Queen Size Bed…you must have your own linen, etc.) I will consider renting to you if you have had an eviction, IF you have a solid and stable work history and proof of ability to pay rent…We would have to talk about this further to see if I am willing to take the risk and the stipulations of the risk. No promises…but I am willing to discuss further… You will have access to common areas (kitchen/living room). Utilities are included in the room price, as is the WiFi. There is a washer and dryer in the home that can be used once a week. NO smoking of any kind is permitted in the house or on the property; this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, hookah, etc. Not 420 Friendly. No pets of any kind. No overnight guests permitted. No couples. Not Children Friendly. This is a one-person room only! No parties, loud music, etc. This space is a great place for a mature person, i.e. traveling medical professionals/other traveling professionals, educators, truck drivers (please note that trucks cannot be parked in the neighborhood), airline professionals, a person that is in transition to their next level, super clean/neat, focused, goal oriented, etc. You must have proof of employment and proof of income or you must be able to pay several months of rent in advance. Currently there are 2 roomies and I am looking for one more mature male/female roomie for the third bedroom within the home. Although, I do not live here, I am here often, and when I am at the house, I want the environment to be peaceful and CLEAN. I get along well with positive minded individuals who are CLEAN, mature, kind, and easy to get along with, can follow the rules and Pay their RENT on time.
