You’ll be sharing the house with the owner and another female roommate. We are aged 50-60 and work full time.

Rent is the all in cost, all utilities included. You have your own private walk in closet with plenty of storage space.

We have a private pool that is maintained and shared with others in our HOA.

Room is located on second story. Bathroom is shared with other room female mate.

The owner, Roxana (62), works full time at DFW aiport in the internantional lounge as a hostess. Born in Bolivia, but has lived in the US since 1980. Spanish speaker, very fit, and make a great bolivian salsa!

The roommate, Anna (aged 50-60), works full time as a IT consultant. She’s out most of the days, being a socialite.
