This is a huge home in Carlsbad with six bedrooms. Leasing only one room. I am retired and plan to travel. Utilities like Wi-Fi, SDGE, Carlsbad Utilities may be added based exacerbate usage on monthly usage/bills/ The room has a bathroom and shower. The room is spacious with closet. It is closed to all that Carlsbad has to offered.
