Hey, there! I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the upper east side. It’s a doorman building, the staff is amazing. We have great amenities. Gym, pool, sundeck (prorated fee), package room, huge laundry facility. The building is located one block from the 6 train and steps away from the Q.

The apartment is furnished, the master bedroom is not, so it’s ideal for someone who already has a bed and wants to bring it over.

The apartment is fully renovated. I’m renting out the master bedroom. I am kosher dairy, so I’m looking for a kosher roommate or vegetarian/vegan would work too.

I’m a professional woman. I’m pretty laid back. I’m a morning person. I enjoy having friends over from time to time. I care a lot about having a happy, positive home. I’m also pretty neat, but not crazy OCD neat.

I have 4 months left in the lease. I’m not sure if I’ll renew, I guess that’s TBD. The building requires all occupants to go through a background check and submit an application (no credit check, although I’ll ask you for the last two pay stubs for income verification.)

I like peace and harmony and I’m looking for a roommate who is cool with that.
