I occupy the basement where we share laundry and you have the option to rent the whole upstairs or rent one of two upstairs rooms. This is a great ranch style house in Northglenn in a quiet neighborhood; real hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large lot. The house has ac installed. The house is one block from light rail, shopping and restaurants. Looking for others to help me create a relaxing, welcoming, and happy home life.
Iām Arturo. I work 5 days a week in Thornton. My work schedule if from 8am-4:30pm. Iām usually in bed by 10::00 and up by 6.. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. We do have a 3 and a half year old Pomapoo dog in the household. Currently looking for another roommate starting April.
